EDLA is seeking energetic individuals to teach and lead the teaching environment to engage children ages 2 through 4 (a child turning age five during the 10-month school year may be a student at EDLA) in age appropriate learning opportunities. Best teaching practices will be used to encourage children to explore, discover and learn new concepts. Interactive, hands-on curriculum will be implemented to help children develop key readiness skills.

EDLA is seeking energetic Teacher Assistants to assist the Teacher with all aspects of daily routines including working with children to help reinforce learning objectives, distributing and collecting instructional materials, recording attendance, physical activities and any other duties determined by the EDLA Directors.
Basic Qualifications:
- Child care/preschool experience preferred
- High School Diploma or higher
- Genuine love for children
- Effective written and verbal skills
- Satisfactory background check
- Knowledge of age appropriate best teaching practices
- Participate in phone/in person interview
